COVID Screening
At Aspen Trails Dental, we have the following COVID-19 screening steps in place for all dental appointments.
2 Weeks Before Appointment
Text or email us two weeks before your appointment to prescreen before your appointment.
2 Days Before Appointment
Two days prior to your appointment, all patients must fill out the Patient Screening Form.
2 Hours Before Appointment
Two hours before the appointment, fill out the COVID-19 screening form. If you have issues filling it out, we have copies available in the office.
Upon Arrival
Please respond to the text message saying ‘Here.’ A receptionist will advise you when it is safe to come in. If you don’t hear from us within five minutes after your appointment time, please call us.
Safety Protocols
• Masks are required to enter our building.
• If it is muddy out, please remove your shoes upon entering our office and use one of our office-supplied, clean crocs. We ask you to keep something on your feet while walking through our clinic for safety and cleanliness.
• Hand sanitizer is located directly by the door.
• A receptionist will welcome you in and take your temperature, and your dental assistant or hygienist will bring you back to your room.
